1. Please contact Starlike Gems before return any gemstone.

2. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

3. Gemstones can be returned for a refund within one week.

4. Shipping will not be refunded.

5. Please package returned gemstone in a similar condition to which they were received. Refunds will not be given if the item is damaged.
